Shipping policy
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, please see the description on each individual item.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Shipping delays do happen and are unfortunately out of our control. We will NOT refund your order because of delays.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
